## Description

The Two Oceans Aquarium opened on 13 November 1995 at the V&A Waterfront. It shows marine life from the two oceans that meet off the Cape: the cold Atlantic and the warmer Indian Ocean. There are over 3000 animals on display.

 Exhibits include the predator exhibit, a kelp forest and the penguins. The large tanks hold sharks, jellyfish, eels, crabs, the Knysna seahorse and Indian Ocean reef fish. You can watch from underwater tunnels and large viewing windows, look at small sea life under microscopes, and handle animals and plants at the Touch Pool. The I&J exhibit has a 10-meter tunnel with subtropical species.

 Your ticket is booked in advance, so you go straight in. Getting to the V&A Waterfront is up to you.
