flight number and the estimated time of arrival at Cape Town International Airport
during your booking process. Please include your accommodation Name and Address
in Cape Town, for drop off purposes. Upon your arrival at Cape Town International
Airport, your personal driver will be waiting with your name board in the
arrivals terminal. Once contact has been made, you will receive assistance with
your luggage and transferred to your destination as per indication on your
booking. Please kindly ensure that you take all your belongings with you as we
cannot be held responsible for the loss of personal items.



 Departure Transfers: 



Please include your preferred pickup time and your contact
number, as well as your accommodation Name and Address during your booking
process. Please wait in your hotel lobby for your driver. Once contact has been
made, you will receive assistance with your luggage and transferred to Cape
Town International Airport. Please kindly ensure that you take all your
belongings with you as we cannot be held responsible for the loss of personal
items.

 In the event that
there is a flight delay, your flight will be monitored and you can rest assured
that there will be a driver at the terminal when you do arrive. No extra charges
will be incurred in the event of a flight delay. It is understood that some
situations are beyond your control.
