• 60 days – 48 hours prior to the arrival date – Accommodation fully refundable if due to a COVID-19 qualifying condition.
• Within 48 hours of arrival – full credit will be held by the property for a future booking
• Refunds will be done in the property’s published currency, less any bank charges incurred
