## Cancellation Policy

Travelers may cancel up to 7 days before the experience start time to receive a full refund, and between 3-6 days to receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after that time period.

You may reserve the right to cancel a customer's booking for a full refund in case of:

Bad weather
Not enough travelers
